Success Secrets of the Rich and Happy
Every journey no matter how great, is always started and completed by one simple step at a time.
Maybe you want to start a business, or start a new career. What is your first step? Raising $100,000 dollars? Driving to Trump towers to talk to Donald?
Try taking a friend out for lunch (your treat) and share your ideas with him or her. Try to make it someone who is knowledgeable about business or your area of interest. A little step like this will help you get clear on the next step.
Don’t have a friend who is successful or knowledgable about business or your area of interest?
Then it’s time to find one. The best place to start is usually Facebook or another social platform. The idea is that there is always someone out there willing to help someone who is eager to grow and help themselves.
If you apply simple (bite sized) steps like this, over the course of a year or two you will look back and be amazed at your progress. But, if you fret and struggle and TRY to take giant leaps, you will look back and see folly and wasted time, energy, & money.
Be Natural: When we observe the intelligence of nature, we rarely see struggle or chaos. Often, we see simple graceful evolution and motion. Apply the intelligence of nature into your daily life by taking small graceful and confident steps towards that which you desire.

If you want to read the article instead of watching the video:
In today’s video I want to talk to you about baby steps.
Now, I know you are all after big things, have great ideas, something you want to start in your life. Sometimes it can feel pretty daunting right? Pretty scary to start. My advice to you is to break it down into small actionable items that you can take daily consistent action on.
When you take daily consistent action it builds this energy within you that gives you confidence and a knowingness like: “Yeah, I can do this”.
Then, after thirty days it becomes a habit and it becomes part of your everyday activities.
So, start and do small actionable items every single day. Maybe You want to start running, or you want to start meditating. Even if you want to start reading more books, whatever it is. You should take action today and start your base line.
If you can only run for five minutes – go run for five minutes. If you can only meditate and clear your mind for thirty seconds – meditate for thirty seconds. If you only have time to read ten minutes a day – read ten minutes a day. It doesn’t matter.
Taking daily consistent action will build confidence and get you there faster than working in small outbursts and spurts like I used to. I used to wait and procrastinate and wait till the last minute and boom get it all done at once. I just didn’t feel the energy or the confidence that I needed to continue on it, so I waited until I got enough courage again and 10 days, a week, or even a few later – I’d take a little more action. This just wasn’t serving me, so I decided to start breaking things down into small daily steps that I can take action on. Once I started doing this, only then did things start changing for me.
The energy that you create when you are in consistent daily action is amazing. So, whatever it is that you want to start – start today and as a bonus find someone to do it with you. Maybe they won’t even do the same thing as you, but it definitely helps to have an accountability partner.
Maybe they want to start running and you want to start meditating. Write each other an email, text message, phone call, whatever it is. Every single day send that person a message, keep them accountable and they will keep you accountable. This is hands down one of the best ways that I have found to get to the momentum going in whatever you want to achieve.
So let me know how it goes for you in the comments below. I wish you guys a great day.
