It’s Matt Ritchey here and in today’s video I just wanted to talk to you about:

The Power of Relaxation.

So, whatever it is that you do to get away from work, to get away from the hustle and bustle stress of your everyday life – make sure you engage in that at least once a day and I recommend once a week taking a full afternoon or a full evening in just completely disengaging and doing something that you consider fun and stress-free.

So, it looks so different for so many people – some people love to paint, some people love to sing, some people love to dance, some people just like to go for a walk, go hiking, nature, or meditation.

Whatever you are going to do, make sure you incorporate it into your schedule and that way you are not missing it at the end of the day, the week and you’re just like “man I feel so stressed”.  So, that’s why I take daily breaks and today I decided to come out here to beautiful Mission Bay or Mission Trails, here in San Diego and get some fresh air,  and rejuvenate today.

So, this creative spurt that I’ve been on has been amazing and I really want to keep that going so in order to do that I really want to be sure and give myself the time to refresh myself, get some nature and really relax.

So, I’d love to hear what it is that you do for relaxation and to relax yourself.
